The Results of the Scientific and Legal Appraisal of the Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Access to Justice for Women and Children

 

In November 2012, within the scope of “Equality Before the Law” programme the results of the scientific and legal appraisal of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on access to justice for women and children were presented with respect to their compliance with the international conventions: Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination Against Women and Convention on the Rights of the Child.

В ноябре 2012 г. в рамках программы «Равенство перед законом»  были представлены результаты научной правовой  экспертизы казахстанского законодательства в области прав женщин и детей на предмет соответствия международным конвенциям: Конвенции о ликвидации всех форм дискриминации в отношении женщин и Конвенции о правах ребенка.
