Program Team - Kyrgyzstan

Adilet Abylov

Adilet has been working as Assistant Manager for EBL in the Kyrgyz Republic since June 2012. Before working at EFCA he worked as Chief Specialist, and then as Acting Head for the Department of International Relations, Quality Assessment of Education and Marketing at Law Institute under Kyrgyz National University (KNU) named after Jusup Balasagyn. Adilet graduated from Law Institute under KNU named after Jusup Balasagyn with major in Constitutional law. During his studies he served as Assistant of the lawyer for criminal cases.

Currently he further pursues his studies in postgraduate study at Academy under MIA. His research interests are juvenile justice.
 
Elmurat Abdraimov

Elmurat is the Program Manager for Equal Before the Law in Kyrgyzstan. Elmurat has worked at EFCA since August 2011. Elmurat assists Dinara Musabekova in implementation of EBL. Before working at EFCA he worked for “Kalikova and Associates” Law Firm as a lawyer. Elmurat graduated from the American University in Central Asia with Law degree. His professional spheres of interest are: contracts, taxation, and stock and shares. He has experience as a court representative.

Zhyldyz Satybekova

Zhyldyz Satybekova joined the Eurasia Foundation of Central Asia (EFCA) in April 2010 as an Office/Personnel Manager. Afterwards, in May 2011, she transferred into the position of Assistant to the Grant and Contracts Management Department, and in June 2011 became Grants and Contracts Manager. Before her work at EFCA, Zhyldyz worked in the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development Bishkek Resident Office (EBRD) as an administrative assistant, and at "Save the Children" as a HR/Admin Officer. Zhyldyz graduated from the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University with a major in Cultural Studies and has an MA in History. She has published a series of articles on the education of women in Kyrgyzstan.
